Weaver
The Weaver is SpiritVale’s unique hybrid class. Unlike base classes — which require you to commit to one role and then advance into a single specialization — the Weaver unlocks access to every class’s skill tree at once, with the trade-off that no individual skill ranks as high.
Overview
The Weaver is unlocked separately from base classes (you cannot advance INTO a Weaver). To create a Weaver, you must reach Base Level 50 on any class, then complete a special quest in the Weaver’s Hollow.
Once unlocked, the Weaver can equip any weapon, any armor, and learn any skill from any class. But the Weaver’s level cap per skill is rank 5, while specialized classes rank their core skills to rank 10. This is the trade-off: breadth over depth.
The Weaver is the most theorycrafted class in the game — the skill combinations are nearly infinite. Common builds include:
- Battlemage: Berserker’s Multistrike + Wizard’s Firebolt + Acolyte’s Heal for self-sustaining DPS
- Toxic Blade: Shinobi’s Poison + Knight’s Guard for melee DoT tank
- Lich: Necromancer’s summons + Priest’s Sanctuary for undead group-healer
In group content, the Weaver’s role is utility and niche. A good Weaver can fill gaps in party composition. In solo content, the Weaver is average at every role but the master of none.
Weaver is the only special class — there is no base form, no advanced form, and no further advancement possible.
Stat priority
Stat priority depends entirely on your build. Because the Weaver’s identity is flexibility, the meta-build rotates with patches. The current endgame meta favors:
- Battlemage: Spirit first (for heals), then Intelligence
- Toxic Blade: Vitality first (for tanking), then Agility
- Lich: Spirit, Intelligence, Vitality in balance
The Weaver’s Heart of the Loom passive scales all stats equally, so a balanced stat spread often outperforms hyper-specialization.
Skill tree
The Weaver doesn’t have a fixed skill tree — instead, the Weaver has access to a skill library that grows with level. By Lv 150, the Weaver can equip any 12 skills from any class.
Key Weaver-specific passives:
All stats contribute equally to damage and healing.
Once per encounter, can swap equipped skills mid-combat.
Equipped skills cap at rank 5 (instead of rank 10).
+1 charge to any healing spell, once per 5 minutes.
Equipment & cards
The Weaver doesn’t specialize into a single armor type — the gear you choose should match your build:
- Cloth: caster builds (Battlemage, Lich)
- Leather: ranged/DoT builds (Toxic Blade)
- Plate: tank builds
Cards to chase are build-specific. Universally useful:
- Weaver’s Mark (Lv 60 dungeon) — Heart of the Loom is +10% more effective.
- Warp and Weft (Lv 100 dungeon) — Woven Fate cooldown reduced by 5 min.
Leveling (Lv 1–70)
Weaver levels moderately because of the rank-5 cap. Pick 2-3 combat skills from classes you understand and lean on them. The Heart of the Loom passive keeps you balanced.
By Lv 50, the Weaver can solo Echoing Grotto bosses if you spec correctly.
Endgame
Endgame Weavers are the most variable class. A well-built Weaver can clear any content, but it takes significantly more theorycrafting than a specialized class.
The PvE meta favors Battlemage builds for solo content and Lich for group farming. Toxic Blade is niche but strong in arena-style PvP.
FAQ
Q: Can I change my equipped skills later? A: Yes — visit the Skill Library in any major city. There’s a 5-minute cast time for a full respec; swapping just one or two skills is instant.
Q: Is Weaver weaker than specialized classes? A: In raw throughput, yes. In flexibility and niche utility, no class comes close.
Q: Can I solo raid bosses as a Weaver? A: Yes, with a well-built Battlemage or Lich. Some bosses are easier as a specialized class, but every boss is killable by a Weaver with the right setup.
Q: Is Weaver the best class for first-time players? A: No. The skill library is overwhelming and the rank-5 cap punishes mistakes. Start with Knight or Warrior, then make an alt as Weaver once you understand the game.
