Berserker

Aggressive melee with Multistrike and Fury

Berserker

The Berserker is the advanced DPS class unlocked by advancing a Warrior at Job Level 50. Where the Warrior is steady and consistent, the Berserker commits fully to Fury and Multistrike for the highest single-target damage ceiling in SpiritVale.

Overview

The Berserker keeps all Warrior skills and adds:

  • Multistrike: passive — attacks have a 30% chance to strike twice. At 100 Fury, the chance becomes 100% (always strike twice) for 6 seconds.
  • Rampage: active — every kill resets Berserk cooldown and refunds 25% of Fury.
  • Frenzy: passive — attack speed scales with missing HP.

In combat, the Berserker’s rotation revolves around entering and exiting Berserk windows. Outside Berserk: build Fury with Heavy Strike + Cleave. Inside: spam Whirlwind while Multistrike triggers.

The trade-off is mobility. Berserker has no Shadow Step, no Dodge Roll. The Berserker must commit to the fight. Frenzy and Rampage let you survive mid-combat, but getting back to the boss after a death is harder than as a Warrior.

Berserker evolves from the Warrior and is the only class the Warrior can advance into.

Stat priority

  1. Strength — primary.
  2. Agility — crit and attack speed.
  3. Vitality — secondary, but Matters more than for a Warrior. You will get hit.

Aim for 40% crit with full buffs by Lv 100. Crits trigger Multistrike at twice the rate of non-crits.

Skill tree

Multistrike Passive

30% chance to strike twice. Always at 100 Fury (within Berserk window).

Rampage Active 0s

On kill: Berserk CD reset, refund 25% Fury.

Frenzy Passive

+0.5% attack speed per 1% missing HP.

Berserk Active 60s

+60% damage for 12s; only at 100 Fury.

Whirlwind Active 15s

Spinning AoE; consumes 50 Fury for +50% damage.

Heavy Strike Active 0s

Heavy single-target hit; +20 Fury.

## Equipment & cards

The Berserker’s Might 4-piece (Lv 60+ dungeon) is mandatory: +12% Berserk damage. Pair with Rampant 2-piece for Whirlwind amplification.

Cards to chase:

  • Fury Stone (same as Warrior).
  • Endless Frenzy (Lv 85 dungeon) — Berserk windows last 3s longer.
  • Critical Blow (Lv 100 dungeon) — Crit strikes refund 10% of max Fury.

Leveling (Lv 51–70)

Berserker levels fast thanks to Rampage’s chain-reset. Each kill resets Berserk, so the typical leveling rotation is: Whirlwind → Berserk → kill → Rampage → reset → loop.

By Lv 70 you can solo Echoing Grotto bosses in under a minute.

Endgame

Endgame Berserkers are the #1 damage dealers in The Echoing Spire. With Multistrike + crit + Berserk active, your Heavy Strike is essentially a 4-hit combo every second.

The PvE meta favors Dual-wield weapons with attack speed and crit substats. Multistrike on the weapon is mandatory at endgame.

FAQ

Q: Is Berserker the strongest class? A: In single-target boss fights, yes. In AoE farming, Warrior or Gunslinger might edge you out.

Q: Why does my Berserk reset not trigger? A: Rampage only resets Berserk on kill, not damage. Trash mobs don’t trigger it. Use Whirlwind first.

Q: Can I play defensively as a Berserker? A: Not really. Frenzy rewards missing HP, so you’re stronger when hurt. If you want to be defensive, Paladin is your answer.
