Necromancer
The Necromancer is the advanced summoner class unlocked by advancing a Summoner at Job Level 50. Where the Summoner commands a small squad of undead, the Necromancer fields armies — and replaces mana-cost-per-second with a Flesh shield mechanic for infinite sustain.
Overview
The Necromancer retains every Summoner skill and adds:
- Death Knight summon: a heavy melee pet that tanks for you, lasting 180s.
- Bone Dragon: ultimate pet, 600s CD, deals massive damage and applies Decay in an AoE.
- Flesh Shield: passive — kills restore 5% HP, and damage taken is split 50/50 between you and your nearest minion for 10s after each kill.
- Death Coil: ranged damage spell that heals you for 30% of damage dealt.
In combat, the Necromancer’s loop is spawn, sacrifice, blast. Spawn minions until you have 4-6 active. Aggressive play and let Flesh Shield + Death Coil tank for you. When the elite dies, your HP is full and your mana is restored.
The mana-economy change is huge. Summoners balance 4 active minions against their mana pool. Necromancers run 8+ minions with no per-second cost — only cast-time.
Necromancer evolves from the Summoner and is the only class the Summoner can advance into.
Stat priority
- Intelligence — minion damage scales with this.

- Vitality — last-line defense.

Leveling (Lv 51–70)
Necromancer levels fast thanks to Death Coil sustain. Solo tough enemies with two Bone Archers + Death Coil — you basically can’t die.
Endgame
Endgame Necromancers are the best soloers in the game. Flesh Shield + Death Coil sustain is unmatched for solo farming and boss solo attempts. The Bone Dragon is the highest single-target burst pet in the game.
The PvE meta favors Necromancer solo for high-tier solo content and Necromancer minion-scaling for group farming routes.
FAQ
Q: Can I really solo endgame content as a Necromancer? A: Yes — Necromancer is the strongest solo class in SpiritVale, full stop. Every boss has a strategy for solo Necromancer clears.
Q: Does Flesh Shield work without minions? A: No — Flesh Shield requires at least one active minion. If your minions all die, you lose the buff until you re-summon.
Q: How many minions should I run? A: Maximum (8) for AoE farming. For boss fights, 4 well-placed minions + Death Knight.
